Bun bo noodle

Ingredients: Rice flour (84.8%), Water (12%), Tapioca (3%), Salt (0.2%)

Cooking instructions:

• Soak rice vermicelli in cold wwater for 45 minutes
• Cook soaked vermicelli in boiling water for 20 minutes
• Strain vermicelli under cold water after the suggested cooking time

Storage: Keep in dry cool place, avoid direct sunlight
